It's a Mystery

I have decided to join the Mystery Shawl Along. The yarn I have chosen for this project is Lorna's Laces Shepard Sport in the Glenwood colorway. It is so yummy. I can't wait for it to arrive.

Yesterday we were given a sample chart to work up to find the gauge that suited us. I couldn't wait to see what the pattern looked like so I swatched it in a heavier weight yarn (DK I think) on size 8 needles. Here is my swatch.



I like the pattern and will probably swatch it again when my yarn arrives later this week.
